I am sure you have chosen the right country as the one thing you can say about the Algarve is that it has Resorts to suit everyone. From quiet to lively, loads of beautiful beaches a short flight time from the UK, hundreds (probably thousands) of bars and restaurants. English is widely spoken & the road network is quite good compared to some other countries in the EU.

In fact it is probably one of the best places to take your first holiday abroad.

We went to the Algarve for the first time last year in June. We went again in September, I went for a short break last month and my husband and I are going again in June.

As you can see, we definitely like the Algarve and I'm sure you will too.
