We have also had a call today telling us that our flights have been changed again. We were originaly flying out christmas day from Manchester with monach booked through Thomas Cook. We recieved a letter that this flight was canceled so after getting no where with them and them telling us that what we were paying premium would not cover economy from Gatwick we had to cancel. 2 weeks later Thomas Cook had prices for premium from Gatwick christmas day cheaper than what we were paying before so we booked them. At the time of booking I asked them if this flight was confirmed their reply....if one flight has been canceled they have now sorted flight dates and times.
So here we go again trying to sort out flights that are suitable and being put on hold forever to speak with Thomas Cook.
