Mark,

It'll be a Boeing 767-300/ER, probably in the current First Choice configuration.

tracy37,

It's a little early to know for sure and things can change between now and March 2010, but I would expect BHX-SSH-BHX (TOM530/1) to be operated by a Boeing 757-200.

Given the problems we had a few weeks ago where our upgraded seats disappeared, lets hope that this is indeed the case, safe a repetition of the same problem (booked premium again!)

hi everyone

i'm new to this forum and llooking for some info about my flight.

any ideas what plane is being used for the flight from birmingham to heraklion on 12th July at 7:20 - flight number is TOM 7712.

do you know what extras you get with the Thomson premier collection (sensatori) as they've changed since we booked it in january - some "freebies" seem to have disappeared.

Lukee0705,
NCL - BJV is operated on a Boeing 757-200 aircraft, over the last 2 weeks it has been operated by a Ex Thomsonfly 757 but it doesn't make much difference on the 757-200 as they are near identical inside.
There could be a chance they change it but ill have a look what aircraft operates the flight next week.

Jonouk1211,
Flight TOM876/7 is current being operated by a ex Thomsonfly 767-300 over the last few weeks it was G-OBYH as your flight is in the winter months it may not be the same (G-OBYH) but it will remain as a 767-300 I would imagine. It will be one in the short haul configuration.

Jonouk1211,

Its Too Early, To Tell At The Moment What Aircraft Type Will Be Operating Your Flights, However If They Keep It The Same As Last Year The Majority Of The Flights Were Operated By Boeing 757-200's

We Should Probably Know For Certain Around The End Of September

Jonouk1211,
It could be a 757 it just depends on passenger demand in the winter months. If there is a lot of passengers they will change it to one of the 767's but if the passenger demand is low it will be 757. The flight from Jan of this year has been operated on a 767.

Only long haul configured aircraft are used on long haul flights, unless one has a technical problem and a short haul aircraft is required to cover (in which case it's better that than having a 24+ hour delay).

Most likely a 757-200 (winglets), but as Gower mentions, we won't know for sure until the winter 09/10 aircraft schedule is released around September.

Aircraft are rotated on a regular basis for maintenance reasons so it's impossable to say at this stage. An ex-FCA 752 was used up until 11th June, it's been an ex-TOM for the remainder of the month and is currently operating as an ex-TOM. I prefer the slimline Recaro seats on the ex-TOM birds although the green leather on the ex-FCA's give a more aesthetic cabin.
