Could you please help me with info on the following flight i.e seat type, IFE and departing on time?
13 Apr 2009 (TOM307) East Midlands - Goa 16:50 / 06:45 Economy
28 Apr 2009 (TOM308) Goa - East Midlands 08:30 / 14:35 Economy
Also being a lone traveller would it be best to pre-book a seat as I would like a window seat?!
Thanks in advance for any info x
Hi - we are booked on the BHX to Jamaica flight with thomson in April and have paid for the extra leg room seats...which seat numbers are the exti seats as i am hoping to get to check in early and ask for these seats?
So referring to the post by BY-TOM-AMM-FCA further up about the time of the journey relating to which ex airline it is, are we just unlucky that our flight to La Romana is operated by the more cramped ex Thomsonfly plane?
Your Flights Will Be Operated By A Boeing 767-300 (ex FCA)
These Have A 33" Seat Pitch, Configured 2-3-2 With Seat Back IFE.
It Is Imposible To Tell If Your Flight Will Depart On Time, And Looking At Past Flights Gives No Indication
Gower
Seating Is Allocated By The Airline The Day Before The Flight, So There Is No Need To Get To Check-In That Early As It Wont Make A Difference. Seeing As You Have Payed For Extra Legroom You Will Be Given Exit (Extra Legroom) Seats

I am flying on 9th April on TOM615 Stansted to Barbados on a Fred Olsen chartered aircraft (I think). Where can I find a layout of the plane - a Boeing 767-300.
I have paid extra for Premium Class - I hope that it is worth it.
seating plans are not generally published however if you look under Thomson in the what aircraft thread you will find some links

That's TOM 401/2 05/04/09 and 19/04/09.
Cheers sparky123
Sparky123,
I will repeat again, for your benefit, although you have been told many times regarding this matter. Yes you are on a Thomsonfly 767, it is no worse than the ex-fca aircraft, you still get inflight personal IFE, 33" or 37" legroom (depending which cabin) you get more freebies on the Thomsonfly aircraft and having just been on a first choice 767 the meals are definitely better. (chicken curry at 3am?)
so no, to answer your question, you've not been unlucky.
now please, if you have a genuine question about your flight, please post it. but repeating previously covered subjects wastes not only your time but ours.
By the way, I was referring to another flight, which is clearly explained below the post you are referring to.
Could you please give me some idea what the childrens meals are on board flying to the Dom. Rep as I have friends travelling with children and one of them is a fussy eater
Many thanks in advance.
Angie.
Hi I'm currently on hold with Thomson Airways. I'm travelling TOM577 and want to book my premium seats - which are the best seats if I can get them?
Update - I've now upgraded to Premium but not yet booked seats - I've read somewhere on the forums a guide to the layout on the ex thomson premium section, but try as I might can no longer find it - can anyone point me in the right direction? Please!!
Premuim:-
It is best to pre book to be sat in the A/B or C/D seat as you will then have access to the Premium Toilet( it isn't any better or worse than the other toilets but you wont have to queue as long) Generally crew are supposed to allow access through the galley, however for safety reasons(oil spillage-until it can be properly cleaned etc.. making it slippery) or during break times they may restrict access. Sitting on the E/G/H seats are not a problem as there is a toilet 6 rows behind the curtain(so no further to walk, and exactly the same)there is also a little area where you can stretch your legs here.
Premium Rows 1-5 (no 1AB or 1GH)
1CDE and 2AB/GH are in premium and are located behind bulkheads- some people prefer them others do not. (2H can sometimes be reserved for a third pilot so do not have your heart set on this seat on the GOA,MLE and sometimes CUN routes) Also these seats are the only premium seats that do not have a foot rest. Shame as they did used to have these in the old premium seats. All bags and lose items at this row must be placed in the over head lockers for take of and landings- no exceptions ladies your hand bag is a BAG!
the remainder of the seats in premium are identical.
Is This What You Were Looking For?
