Please refer to my previous replies. You will likely need to call the airline to enquire about availability and book a flight. You can't book it online one way from KVA.

There's availability, it's just seats can't be booked one way online from there. They could be booked in combination with an outbound flight, returning on the day specified but not singly for the inbound.

i fly on 31/08/2012 from manchester to sharm el sheikh, how can i find out the tail number of my flight? Our flight number is TOM772 and i know that the newly painted 767 (G-OBYG) has flown this flight number on the 10/8/2012.
Welcome onboard
In a word, you can't this far out. Aircraft are swapped and changed weekly, a particular aircraft isn't assigned to a route, they are rotated for operational reasons. It makes little difference given all the aircraft of that type (ex-TOM 76W) have the same interior. I may be able to tell you the day before but things can change operationally. The aircraft that's on your rotation at the moment is G-OBYH. But again, it could change at any time between now and Friday.
Darren
ooohh i see, how do you find out the day before? is it easy to find out or could you let me know the day before?
I have the flight logs and know the flight before so can see what's on your rotation, as above. But as I mention, it's too early to know as the aircraft can change between now and Friday for operational reasons, for example a technical problem. If you remind me on Thursday, I'll see if there have been any changes but it really makes no difference given all the aircraft are the same inside.
Darren
Okay i will do, thanks for the help!
I will be flying with Thomson Airways to Cancun. The plane will be a 767-300ER v2. I have been allocated seat 19A. I understand that row 20 has got extra leg room, so I was wondering if there will be a seperation wall (or bulkhead) between row 19 and 20? If so, will the seats in row 19 have no/limit recline?
Welcome onboard
There is nothing behind row 19 for a short distance, then it's row 20 so you can recline your seat fully without causing a problem to those behind. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below) including a photo of row 20.
Darren
what aircraft do thomson use on the Gatwick to Bodrum route tom824 and tom825?
That's great news. Thanks Darren
Welcome onboard
I've removed your other post, no need to ask twice. LGW-BJV-LGW (TOM824/5) are operated by Airbus A321-200. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).
Darren
It's probably a bit early to ask but what a/c is likely to operate TOM4668/9 LGW-FUE-LGW in January 2013?
katnick,
Could you give me the plane details for the following flights.
TOM 2662 Heading for FUE 13/10/2012 15.50
TOM 2663 Heading for MAN 27/10/2012 21.25
Many thanks
Keith
Thank you for your help. I have finally booked the flight.
However I have a huge problem.
Yesterday, I have called Thomson to book the flight from Manchester to Kavala with the return flight. Currently I am in Greece and I told the employ my debit card details and when he tried to tell me my reference number I run out of credits and I lost connection. The supposed charge was 400 pounds.
Then I called the company THREE times in order to triple check what was going on. All the times, the employees told me that there was no charge from my debit card and there was no booking.
One employee told me that I can book the flight cheaper through internet with the specific dates and thus I did with £ 372.98
However, I contacted my bank and they told me that there were two charges in my debit card.
1) approximately 400 pounds from tui uk ltd
2) £ 372.98 for the actual booking
I have called Thomson again (you cant imagine how many euros I have spend calling them all the times) and they guranteed that there was only one charge ( £ 372.98) and nothing else!
I have lost 400 pounds as my bank here in Greece told me from "tui uk ltd"
I really need help Darren...
Thanks in advance

There's not really much we can do to help from here I'm afraid. All I can suggest is you wait until you return home and call Thomson to sort it out from there. You should really have sorted your return flight before you travelled as we suggested last week.
Darren
MAN-FUE-MAN (TOM2662/3) are operated by Airbus A321-200, although I'll double check when I get my pc back on friday (assuming it's fixed!) as I know it changes at some point through the season. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

Hi Darren, Flying to Dom.Rep. on 3rd Jan.2013,returning 17th Jan. Flight no's TOM 070 / TOM 071. Just wondered if you know what type of plane it might be. We have booked premium cabin and as 2 couples we are hoping for 2 x2 seats behind each other with a clear view window at both...if poss!! Any idea of rows that fit my criteria,or am i pushing my luck? If it is too soon I will ask again nearer the time. Thanks in anticipation,Paula PS. Both men say they prefer not to sit in the 1st row (heaven only knows why!)
