The Poseidon Complex comprises of two hotels, the Hotel Poseidon which has an entrance on Calle Esperanto, and the Hotel Poseidon Palace which has an entrance on Via Emilio Ortuno.

If Thomson are telling you that the pick up is at the Poseidon Palace, then that would suggest Via Emilio Ortuno. But in view of your previous experiences, it would obviously be best to have that confirmed by Thomson. Do you have many days in the resort before the date of the excursion, in which case it may be possible to check out locally the exact pick up point if they still haven't answered your emails ?

that's a bit clearer.

have sent further email back to same thomson adviser asking for reply but failing that will check with thomson in resort. going in next few days and excursion not until Thursday.

If you have any difficulties contacting them in the resort, try checking the Thomson excursion noticeboards within the complex, as they might confirm a single pick up point for both hotels.
