I've just had a letter from Aegean this morning notifying me of changes to flight times, we are Edinburgh to Dalaman, now going out at 9.30pm and returning at 8.30pm,still on the same day as we booked though which is good!
looks like aegean are changing quite a few flight times, we have had ours changed from birmingham too but only by a few hours so not bothered so far. last year first choice changed my flight times, dates, length of stay from 21 to 19 nights and airport from birmingham to manchester now i was annoyed by that so cancelled and got a refund

Our flights are 28th June, so its not just the later in the year flights
BTW the original flights available again!!!! When I check for availability though, there is enough for my family of 3, but not enough for our whole party of 9, so I'm not going to bother calling them and complaining about it.
Nubber pm'd me to tell me about this, at the time our original flights weren't showing but they are now. Nubber has been transferred back to their original flights.

Just received a letter from aegean today to say my outbound flight has been changed again Now leaving Glasgow at 19.40 This is better than the orignal time! Originally 20:45 which was changed inDecember to 22.55 now changed to 19:40 Flight number has changed again too Its now BD7469 which company is this?
The return flight (back to Edinburgh) has changed from deprature 16:00 to depart 18:00 still same ohy2629 not too bad

We had a letter from Aegean 2 weeks ago to say our flights from Manchester to Dalaman had changed,2 hrs later going out and comming back,have noticed on their website that they have now changed again,now 1 hr later than original,still not too bad for us.
when booking charter flights that far in advance there is a good chance the times or even the day's will change this is mainly due to flight schedualing by the airports as schedual flights take priority
100% correct maverick57uk, This isnt the Airline's doing it's the Airport authority's, They change the slots used by these Airlines as and when they choose to do so.
Yeah but the problem here is not the airline changing flights, it Aegean changing us from one airline to another!

At the end of the day you do have the right to cancel and get a refund, But let's face it your not going to get the same price you paid for your tickets now are you?
Nope, hence why I wouldn't cancel!
this is the price youi pay for booking so far in advance with a full payment £70 return is cheap so say 600 people book approx 10 months in advance that is a good bit of intrest in turkey at 18% as this is a turkish based company

So they changed us from onur air to xl flights, are they now changing the xl flights too?
Our flights are still with Onur,flying from Manchester.First it was departing at 8am,then it was changed to 10am,now its been changed again to 9am,same comming back,just means I have to notify our transfer company again!!

I would wait till the day before you fly and then contact transfers company
Ive read in the past about other airlines doing this but we personally have had no trouble at all with Onur flights.

well im very annoyed this morning our flights with aegean in a few weeks time have been cancelled and changed from birmingham to gatwick which has added on an hour each way to our journey and ive already booked the car park for birmingham, so ive now got to sort all this out and the flight times are worse so really disappointed about this, this sort of thing always happens to me grrr !!!
Oh karen .not again. Im so sorry to hear that. have you done something to upset someone in the last year 
. Im assuming you have no choice but to go with the gatwick flights. thats not giving you much notice is it .
