It depends who is at fault for the mis-spelling. If everything is spelt correctly on your booking confirmation, but incorrect on the tickets, then it's not your fault and the issuer will have to make the changes. It sounds like that is the case and the agent is sorting the problem. I'm sure they'll get them to you in advance of your trip.
