We noted that few folks tipped in our AI. We gave 20 pesos a day to our chambermaid. We didn't tip bar staff every time but did give a big tip to one who worked his socks off and was always cheery- he got £10 from us near the end of our fortnight and you would think it was a fortune. I have a feeling OH might have tipped a few extra times but not sure.Restaurant staff- we normally tipped if the service was good( which it always was ). They were delighted with just a couple of pounds as they definitely don't expect tips.
