Yep all depends on what you want to arrange and how much you want to spend etc.

If you want to PM me i can supply you the details of the person who arranged our wedding in Goa and he will be able to sort out a holy man and all the extras that you want, ie elephants to take you to the blessing, food, drink etc etc etc.

Please note that it will probably be on Candolim beach but he may be able to arrange something a little closer to baga (though its not to far away).
