Airport to Can Picafort is around 60 kilometres. It can be done in 45-50 minutes, but an hour is probably more realistic.
It just depends on how many other hotels will be on route...
I have been once on an transfer from the airport to Cala Ratjada (80 km)
it took 2 hours...
