hope someone can answer this
I have just found out from another source NOT the agents we booked with that there is building work going on around our hotel the time we will be there.
So what i want to know is ... Are the booking agents obligated to inform you of anything like this which could affect your holiday and is it within reason to ask to be moved at no extra cost to a similar standard hotel???
We have booked through a accomodation only agent so it is possible that they dont know.
We are just going to stick with our booking anyway it will cost more money to change and have had info from someone out there that the work is not as bad as i thought. At least we are forewarned about the work and know what to expect!!
