I really need some help here. To cut a long story short i had a nightmare holiday with FC and they lost my partners case and buggy. We came home and have contacted our insurance, we got the letter from the airline(4 weeks) saying the case was now not being searched for so we could claim insurance money. 12 weeks has now passed and the insurance money is being sent out to us and what happens?? a wee guy from the airport rings up to say they have found the case and delivers it to us!!
But sfter 12 weeks most of the items shoes etc (women) have been replaced. What do i do now?
