just before i went away i checked out travel republic for the price at the h10 lanzarote gardens next sept, the price all inc for 2 adults was£1596 flying from manchester.
arriving home today i checked the travel republic to see if there was any change to the price, i found that there was a sale on--up to 25%, guess what-- the price was higher, i rang t/r to find enquire what the sale entailed- to be told it is all the all inclusive hotels, i enquired do you knock the 25% off the invoice price, NO
the price you see is the price you pay, i thanked the lady and ended the phone call.
i have never dealt with t/r, are these people rip off merchants or are they reputable?

Its called marketing [we use to call it something for nothing] many people will see the discount and assume its a good deal and human greed tell them to buy.
[bit like poundland a bag of 6 snacks with 2 extra free for a pound, which sounds briliant till you work out the individual bags contain around 40% less than standard bags a a supermarket at £1.20 for 12 pack so you do your sums and the supermarket is about 20% cheaper per 100gms]
so as the uk law says caveat emptor [let the buyer beware]
