Hi Darthibrahim - Welcome to HT! I think you'll find Goa to be a very friendly place. I'm afraid I'm a bit too long in the tooth to give advice on the scene for a 24year old but Baga has clubs and venues that are more targeted at your age group. During the day the beach shacks are great places to chill out, eat and socialise - there's always somebody to talk to.

Every Wednesday there's a meeting of HT people who use this forum and happen to be over there. It's at the Carvery in Candolim. It's always a great night and an excellent opportunity to meet people and exchange information. It usually involves the consumption of a drink or two (okay three of four) and I have to say, without wishing to insult most of the regulars there, it's a long time since they saw 24!

However, age is a state of mind and I'm sure if you come along you'll leave with some new, if slightly well used, friends.
