I would go on the Amadeus boat trip from Marmaris, I know it would be an extra journey to get there, but believe me, it is worth the money.

The boat i never crowded, and Captain Ahmet is always making sure you have enough drinks and that you have everything you need.

He cooks a fabulous lunch which consists of pasta, salad, meatballs, chicken and bread, and it is the most delicious meal ever (and I am a VERY fussy eater)

For drinks all day, and lunch included on the trip, it was, last year £8. Well worth it. He takes you to small bays, phosphor cave, fish farm to feed the fishies and usually visits turunc for a wee shopping trip/beach/swim.

He is located at the marina, just where all the restaurants start right along the front (where the man sells his kites) and he takes bookings or you can turn up. If you actually went to make a booking, and tell him you are in icmeler, then he may even arrange to pick you up there on one of the jetties, or even send a car for you. It really is a top notch service.

I have never had problems turning up on the day. Most times I have booked the night before, but a few times we just got up and headed to the boat for around 9am and got the best seats on the comfy cushions at the back to stretch ourselves out on. (although there are plently of padded loungers too).
