Thank you
Hi Souad, just to let you know there are taxi phones to the left when you come out of the shopping mall part of Tej Marhaba. Only about a minute up the road. If you come out of the reception end, the nearest are probably opposite El Hana, which is left out of reception, straight ahead, right at the one way bend, straight ahead again and they are there on your right just past the Albatross restaurant. To be honest there are a few more tucked down side roads, but if you stick to either of those ones, you'll be alright. Hope that helps.
Thank you Sousse girl, will write that down in my Tunisia tips book
Just a random question but are any of you peeps on fbook?
Yes indeed, and some of the 'Marmite' crowd of ex-pats. If you want to join us just send me a PM.
No Graham, many do and I've been asked a couple of times to be a neighbour in Farmville, but with all the time I spend on here my animals would die of neglect, my crops would fail and the bailiffs would have to be called in.
You could grow some lovely figs and dates, yum yum
Total farmville and fbook addict here possibly the only reason i'm not tucked up in my bed at 2.15am lol
Definitely not for me. I do use FB but won't have a farm, go to Yoville or anything of that kind. Thanks for the suggestion about growing figs or dates Graham, but I don't like either, neither can I stand Thibarine or Boukha. I would also rather keep in touch with friends via phone or e-mail.
I just can't get into that Yoville thing but i do love my farm, then again I did always want to be a farmer when I grew up lol My family couldn't figure out what a tractor up to the sky was until xmas morning when a very dissapointed leanne pointed out that the ride on tractor santa brought wasn't a real one up to the sky!

I know, that why I suggested it as home grown would be so much nicer
I don't know how my other OH will get on in the Dom Rep for the next 2 weeks without her farm
I hadn't realised you were going to be away for a couple of weeks Graham. I hope you'll have a lovely time and I'm sure we'll all try to be good in your absence. I expect your OH's farm will survive without her.

Which part of Dom Rep are you going to? We went to playa dorada in 2003 and had a really lovely holiday.
I want you all to be good when I am gone, no bad reports when I get back or I will give you all homework
anyone else see the flooding in tunisia on the news a couple of days ago?
Certainly did. Tornadoes and everthing, some of my pals sent me video via Fbook. I'll try and cross link here if that's possible.
I had the tornado and the flooding vids on fbook too but wouldn't have the foggiest idea of how to get it on here lol
Did you have a fab holiday and what did you think of playa dorada? We enjoyed it when we went but that was in 2003 so i'm sure it's changed by now
