If you think you have swine flu then you should contact nhs direct or 24 and do what you're told to do, not trying to disguise a high temperature to get you into the country. Don't put a plane full of people at risk, especially as there could be people on the flight who are particularly vulnerable. It would be like trying to disguise your child with measles to get them on a flight, no different in my eyes.
If you only have a cold your body temp will not reach 39 degrees which is an average fever that people with swine flu get.
