As Kath says, can't harm to ring them. Used UnitedBlue a few times with Travel Republic, they were excellent!!

Hi Im travelling with travel republic so have the same transfers i have trouble with flights going with daughter and they split us up (on different planes coming home) and they havent re-done the transfers I have rung them waiting for the email but ring them till they sort it out dont email them like it says as they never answer the email by the way with all the phone calls they have changed the flights but still awaiting email so will be back on phone tomorrow sorry to go on but ring ring ring

probably is best to phone to just reassure myself. I dont mind walking up to the apartments from the hotel as long as they
show me where to go and it isnt far!

hi greenshoes it is a fair walk George and Dragon beach hotel is at the end of the hotels only 5mins from Ataturk statue the apartments are a good 15-20 mins walk just ring tell them the problem I've rung got mine sorted but had to ring twice in 10 mins cos only sent 1 transfer but its all good now fingers crossed

im thinking of booking my transfers into bitez through travel republic, are these reliable and good value for money?

I will phone them for definite now. My flight was changed by 2 hours today and my transfers still say they are meeting me off my 23.30pm flight when I now get in at 1.45am. I will phone and tell them I want my transfers to the apartments as I dont fancy walking that far at night

My flight times were changed & soon as my tickets were despatched TR sent me another transfer voucher with new times on straight away via e-mail.

yeah, they have re-issued me a transfer but with the orginal flight times. They must have sent me the wrong one

Just spoke to a really nice guy at TR about my transfers. About the flight change and the wrong times now on the voucher, he said their procedure is to re-issue a new voucher for transfers with updated times however for some reason mine hsan't been updated. He said he will contact the transfer company to double check everything and re-issue me with a new voucher as he thinks its just a computer glitch as my new flight times are stated as my connecting flight in the manage your bookeing option. Regarding my drop offs at my hotel he said that this is a computer glitch as well as TR sell the Beach hotel rooms and apartment rooms under the George and Dragon Beach Hotel 'Complex' heading therefore the computer can not determine between whats the hotel rooms or apartments. So he knows that the apartments are 15 mins away and states he will sort this out with the transfer company for me. He said that they are very very busy and he will have everything resolved in 4 days maybe sooner. so fingers crossed nothing else goes wrong!! :sun2

I must say thumbs up for TR, any problems and they are so polite and sort it out.

Just recieved my voucher from TR and it has my updated flight times for my transfers but still says my pick up and drop off point is the George and Dragon Beach hotel, even though I phoned today about this. I have looked at my accomodation voucher and it states on there that my accomodation is the George and Deagon Beach Hotel and room type is apartment :que . I think I will need to phone again tomorrow
