We flew into Valencia last October and found it to be a great airport - fairly small but had everything you needed.
I understand that there is some work going on there at the moment because of The Americas Cup. Anyone have any info on the work at the airport please.
Also we hired a car and the office was a van in the car park - which although it was a little slow it was perfectly fine. I have read that because of the airport work most car hire companies are now off airport. Will this still be the case next May? Anyone recommend a car rental company please.

Yes the place is a bit of a mess at the moment. I use Victoria car rental as they are always reliable and about the right price. They are in Car Park 4.
