Valldemosa is a lovely village/town in which the main attraction is the Monastery where Chopin spent the winter with his girl friend George Sand it is La Cartuja and is really a museum based on the monks cells, there are short concerts of Chopin's music which are included in the admission. I think that it will be pretty quiet in February. If you like walking the area is great.
Its well worth a visit, in winter try to go Sunday am -- the markets on and there are a few people about.
It has also got the Costa Nord cultural centre, built by Michael Douglas. When we went about 3-4 years ago, there was a visual show there, with film and slides, showing the work of conservation of the north coast of Mallorca, and the work of a previous naturalist and island lover, the 18th century Austrian Archduke Ludwig (one of whose houses MD has bought).
And of course Valldemossa is a very pretty village.
