We stayed in Binbeca last year - there is the main village which is surrounded by a large estate of villas. Looking at the web page the villa looks like it's on the road between the village and the main beach - both 5-10 minutes walk, depending if you turn right or left out of the front door.

I would recommend hiring a car as Binibeca is isolated and if you are eating out there are only a few restaurants. There is a large supermarket on the main road from the airport to the village - handy for anything you will need - Binibeca only has a small convenience store.
