Holiday lettings have a few on their website, if you type fig tree bay as the location there are 27 properties of which 8 are villas, they are more expensive than other areas in protaras but I think worth it to be so close. The other properties are apartments, either one bed or two and most of them have views overlooking fig tree bay. We are looking to book one of these for a week in may(when they are cheap!!) as an extra bonus holiday to our main one in august and the owners i have emailed have all been very helpful and genuine. If you can avoid July and August they are quite a bit cheaper.
