I presume you mean can you get a visa for a month? Yes you can go to Egypt for a month on the tourist visa that you will have to obtain at the airport when you enter the country, the visa actually lasts for 3 months but is for a stay not exceeding 1 month unless you ask for an extension from the Ministry of Interior Affairs when you are there.

So yes a 1 month stay on your tourist visa is allowed
