Has anybody stayed in the Vistamar apartments in Benidorm thinking of going in july with my partner whose never been before. Is it fairly central?

The Vistamar Apts are about 800m uphill from the Levante Beach, just next to the Paraiso 10 complex and the Hotel Flamingo Benidorm. Perhaps not central, but certainly very convenient for most of the nightlife. We have lots of reviews of the complex - please click here.

i've stayed at the vistamar a couple of years ago. Its not really central but its only a 10 minute walk and there are plenty of pubs and places for food on the way.
just booked vistamar appartments for some friends can anyone tell me where they are near i have heard of them but unsure where they are thanks for any info

Yep, not far from the Rio Park. If you were walking uphill on Calle Cuenca from the Levante Beach or Avenida Mediterraneo, you could turn left on to Calle Kennedy or Calle Jaen for the Rio Park. But if you carried on uphill, the Vistamar sits on the right hand side on the next block, at the junction of Calle Cuenca and Calle Lerida.
Hotel Caballo de Oro sits on the same street, in front of the Vistamar. Hotel Flamingo Benidorm is also on the same street, directly behind the Vistamar.
The Paraiso 10 apartments are next door to the Vistamar, and both complexes share a swimming pool.
This area is included within grid reference L9 of our Benidorm Levante map.

thanks david i know where they are now got a late deal for 2 adults 2 weeks with flights and transfers it was 648.00 had to pay supplement as there only 2 adults 
does anyone know if there is a deposit you have to pay when you get to these apartments different sites say different things thanks
Hi all, we are going out to Benidorm on our 1st visit next march for a few days to see some friends who run a bar, we have booked to stay at the Vistamar apartments, can anyone tell me how long it will take to walk to their bar which is near the front just off the Calle Gerona please. Have read all sorts about the apartments, but, hey, we're only there for 4 nights. Thanks all for your help.
If you could tell us what the name of the bar and apartments , C/ Gerona is a long street?
Hi, we are staying at the vistamar apartments & the bar is called Griff's - it's new this year. ( Didn't want to be accused of advertising!!) Thanks for your help.

Hi debdon ... I think that this bar may be on Avenida de Antillas, just off Calle Gerona near Hotel Diplomatic and Hotel Los Alamos. This would be the section of Avenida de Antillas between Calle Gerona and Avenida Mediterraneo. Hotel Monaco is also on Avenida de Antillas, although further uphill.
The Vistamar Apts are within grid reference L9 of our Benidorm Levante map.
The bar would be located within grid reference K10. The number 29 highlighted in that box indicates Hotel Diplomatic, I would say that the bar should be pretty close to that, perhaps 10-15 minutes stroll from the Vistamar.

I remember Debdon saying that the bar was near the Diplomat hotel prior to booking the Vistamar Apts.
I would agree that it would be a 10-15 minute stroll to the bar from where you will be staying.

Hi Debdon - We are going to Beni a week on Weds for 4 nights, if we get chance we will call into Griffs!...Was quite funny actually, when i was over in August I saw the bar and was on the phone home at the time and we have a pal called Griff, so was having a laugh about it!

Hi all again, I've just had a text from my friend out there at the moment, she's just been up to look at the Vistamar apts for me, & says there is a nice big crane opposite the building..!! Oh dear! although not going till March - maybe it'll be gone by then I hope! Not so much the view, but maybe the noise early morning, we do like a bit of a layin on holidays. Does anyone have any news on this work? Thanks guys.
