we are going to the Maldives at the end of June( our second visit) and are prepared to take a chance on the weather because it's such a beautiful place, but you have to remember it's in the rainy season, so you have to be prepared for it to be wet. If you have a look at TA you will see that many people go at that time of year and see very little rain during the day, apart from a couple of short downpours, which soon clear up and the sun comes back out again and shines all day, whilst others have experienced at lot of rain. Just pot luck really.
