Early one today as I'm taking the boat off fishing.

Hisaronu Koyu near Marmaris

9.40am local time

Air Temp: 15c
Sunbed Temp: 23c and climbing rapidly

Clear skies, sunny, wind - calm. Looks like it's going to be a cracking day. :tup

Remember that high factor sun cream, the sun was very harsh yesterday even through factor 50!

Here's hoping for a bit of fresh fish for supper!!!!! :)

Although I'm not going to Turkey til September I think I'll start stocking up on sun cream as I've heard it can be expensive once over there. I'll keep an eye out as the big supermarkets sometimes have 2 for 1 deals this time of year...

I haven't looked in here for a while my apologies.

I didn't know someone was giving weather reports from Kevins area.

Hi Paul maybe you can take me out on that boat of yours as I'm not having much luck spinning for the bass/leverek.

Anyway I will do a daily one from Icmeler for you good people.

Weather in Icmeler today is very cloudy and storm expected, temperature 18 degrees

We've had the nice weather the last few weeks but a cold front came in a few nights ago and hopefully wont be here long

Late today as I have been to Marmaris where there are heavy showers and a cool wind.

Air Temp: 18.2c
Sunbed Temp: 22.1c

Very light shower here a couple of minutes ago, no where as near as heavy or frequent as Marmaris. Overcast with strong and gusting breeze.

10:45 am and the sun has returned to Icmeler.

A few white clouds here and there but fresh air and blue skies to lift spirits.

Off out to buy a few temperature gauges.

Will report this afternoon

The day started clear but cloud is now building. Light breeze.

Forecast for the next few days is not looking too good!

I'm currently in Lara, nr Antalya on my Holidays. It was a complete washout when we arrived yesterday but today has been 24 degrees, really nice.... So much so I didn't put enough sun cream on and my neck is like a tomato tonight! ;)

Icmeler 16th April

16th April and clear blue skies.

Front balcony has sun in morning back has shade and vice versa in afternoon.

10am front balcony is 35 degrees

Back balcony is 23 degrees.

It should warm up nicely today and will try to post this afternoons temps if I make it back in a happy mood from a Marmaris shopping trip

Mainly cloudy with hazy sunshine. Gentle breeze so feels warm.

The garden is full of bird song and the wonderful smell of orange blossom.

Survived the 1 lira sale in Kippa Marmaris but can't understand why people buy cheap tat but certain people seem to enjoy looking through it all :que

Front balcony 24 degrees

Back balcony 37 degrees

Rain forecast over the next few days so will be good for fishing ;)

It's been a lovely day today on the Bodrum peninsula. I went over to Turgetreis and sat at a cafe by the sea. The temperature gauge was showing 29 degrees.

Cloudy start but there is blue skies over the bay to the south. Breezy SW/W. Feels cool.

Off out fishing, John you can keep your shopping! Hoping breeze will fall off or it will be a bit choppy.

12 noon local time

Air Temp: 15.7c

Sunbed Temp: 15.2c

A shaky start to the day and now overcast with showers. Cool out and about, no wind. Forecast to be the same all day and similar tomorrow.

Yesterday evening was cool with a strong breeze down on the beach. Still not quite warm enough to have the evening meal outside as yet unless you wrap up warm.

Left it late today to see if the sun appeared and it never.

Cloudy and light rain all day with temperature a steady 18 degrees.

Hopefully the wind will pick up and blow the clouds away for tomorrow.
