You will get them at the Sunday market for sure,look out for the stalls selling the painted plates,plant pots etc.Some of the kitchen utensil stalls sell them as well.A lot of the shops around town stock them too.
Ask for cazuelas or ollas.

You can get them in most of the euro shops around Benidorm. Try the one on the corner of the Mediterraneo, Rincon end and the one opposite Burger King, just off the Levante Prom, Rincon. Also in the almost deserted Waterwheel Shopping Mall on the corner of Europa and Gerona there is a good pottery shop on the top floor.

Just been to Altea this morning, including a quick look around the market.....we didnt see all the market, but I still spotted at least 3 stalls where you can buy all the spanish cookware you require.

We bought some lovely ones this year in the supermarket at Cala Finestrat La Carrera or somthing like that , have since found them invaluable need some more though so am waiting on the old man to run out of baccy and take me back ha

Hi Taggy, just seen your posting although it's a bit late now you may have already been over and back! At the Rincon you follow the road out of town past Benidorm palace and some hideous large lound english bars on the left and more or less opposite one of the campsites is a factory outlet shop. I spoke to the owner a year or so ago and he told me that his family supplied a lot of hotels/resturants throughout the east coast of spain not to mention shops, only his prices to the public were about a third or more cheaper than the shops. when you could could actually find some of the same quality in the shops. I use mine in the microwave, the oven, direct on a gas hob, in the freezer and the dishwasher with no problems
