We are planning on going to Italy for a birthday celebration for 3 nights in August, but we're not sure where to go. We want to be close to nightclubs. We've heard that Milan is the place to go but we're not sure.......... would we better off going to Sicily or Rome???
Please help as we have never been to Italy before and haven't got a clue.
