Thinking that it might be ok to go to Cyprus in January or February (think it might be warmer than Portugal from what I read) but as we have never been before, we haven't a clue where to go. Been looking at the Paphos area so far.
We like going for meals and a drink, especially looking for places where the locals go, walking, relaxing and not too much noise ie. discos etc!!!
Hubby has to be careful with what he eats but as long as it's not too spicy etc, he should be fine.
So, all you experts, what do you suggest for us???
Thanks.

It has been known to snow in Paphos in January, but I would still chose this hands down.
Kath, it's sc and I have already seen apts that look good on owners abroad.
Its very ra\re Pat, but Paphos is a lovely place and very cultural.
i agree.. paphos is really beautiful... u will love it... ive been there on christmas holidays a few times and it was really beautiful... and dont worry about the snow.. it rarely snows in cyprus. i must have seen it snowing only 3 or 4 times in my life!
Now all I need to work out is how to get to Aqaba from Paphos and back Thought we could have got direct flights to Amman but it looks like they go from Larnaca.......
Why are things always complicated?????
