We've visited Ibiza several times, twice in Es Cana and once in Port des Torrent. Es Cana is lovely, visited Santa Eulalia for the day (boat trip across the bay) which is also lovely. I've always wanted to stay in Santa Eulalia, but always seem to have problems finding an aparthotel there. :( Whilst staying at Port des Torrent, we visited San Antonio - and were pleasantly surprised. Me, hubby and our two young sons. Had some lovely meals near the Water Fountains, didn't see any lager louts at all. A few groups of youngsters, but behaving and just having a good time. Although, we did get the bus back each evening around 10.30 pm so may have missed all the action! A must visit is Ibiza Town in the evening, a very quaint town. Very busy, but could sit outside a bar along one of the cobbled streets and people watch all night! And believe me, there are some very interesting people and outfits to watch! A fantastic place.

Would definitely return to Ibiza, and hopefully visit some more resorts. :fly

Have took a quiet, relaxing week in Santa Eulalia every September for the last six years.

This year we are threatening to go somewhere different, but as it gets closer, the lure of the place is getting harder to resist. :?

Honestly, a great little town for a "chill" week, with some great bars & restaurants all within walking distance.

Going back to Puerto San Miguel on 20th July for our sixth and unfortunately last time  Rest of the family want a change although I will miss sitting on the Hotel Cartago terrace at night, with the fantastic views of the bay.

Thinking of going to Ibiza later this year or next, and not sure which resort to choose. I went to San Antonio Bay about 20 years ago so can't really remember much about it. We are in our mid 40s so don't want it too rowdy but we do like plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. Are we better choosing San An Bay. or lots of people seem to like Playa d'en Bossa and Es Cana, but would they be too quiet for us? If San An Bay, are there any recommendations for good clean apartments near to the centre but not too near so that we don't get any sleep!

hi
playa den bossa isnt too quiet at all.its great perfect for every age group 16-60

Thanks Benny47. Does it have a nice sandy beach (don't like shingle beaches). Also, is it near enough to be able to go to other resorts if we fancied a change of scenery? More importantly, do you have any recommendations for good apartments not too far from the resort centre?

Hi lady scorpio. Playa Den Bossa has the longest sandy beach in Ibiza :)
Its gorgeous.

The best apartments we have stayed in are the Palm Garden apartments, which are quite close to the centre but far enough away for a good nights sleep if you want it.Only problem is I dont know how to book them other than direct contact.
They were absolutley spotless and a nice size.

We are in Ibiza from June 15th for 2 weeks but are staying in the Fiesta Bahamas Hotel which is lovely but obviously not apartments lol
