Why not contact the site direct by email? You could say - Est-ce qu'il y a du WIFI gratuit chez vous dans le camping? and get a direct reply.
Many thanks. I rang the site this afternoon and was told there is Wi Fi access. So hopefully that will turn out to be the case.
