We are looking to stay at the Coronas Playa Hotel in Costa Teguise from the middle of August. I am keen to find out how strong the wind is at this time - can you sunbathe, wear TShirt & shorts etc or do you have to wrap up?

august will be hot!!!! the wind you are referring to is a warm breeze but i can assure you it will be a welcome assest for your holiday!!!! 
sunbathing will be no problems and shorts and bikini will be all you will need u may need a light cardi/pashmina for evening just in case -enjoy costa teguise its a fab place!!!!
