Thanks Christine - like Acorncup I hadn't heard of that site before. I had seen Monday's programme on Benidorm and thought that was a much better episode. The Benidorm one showed Benidorm was still a resort with a lot to offer for all types of holiday makers. The Mallorca one seemed to concentrate more on Mallorca's upmarket resorts in the 'now' part and, as Calabonagirl said, you saw nothing of the modern day ordinary family resorts and I think it still gave the impression that if you went to Magalluf all you would see is gangs of drunks and party animals.

On a lighter note, I loved the way even Judith pronounced Soller the English way back in the 70s and seeing the prices - £80 for 2 weeks half board! Oh, and the lovely lady on the beach with the giant sombrero
