I looked this up the other day, because Dave reminded me that we are in Spain for the final. 
Spain is 5 hours ahead of Brazil
So , if the match kicks off at 1 pm in Brazil, it will be 6pm in Spain.
If the match kicks off at 6pm in Brazil, it will be 11 pm in Spain.

just look at the boards outside bars sure they will tell you the kick off times.
