I was just wondering if we would all still go to goa
if the prices were the same as a european holiday.

I think for those who had not been to Goa the choice not to go may be made a bit easier by
The long haul flight (with some companies who change your holiday dates at the drop of a hat)
The need for a Visa and the cost plus the cost of recorded delivery
The standard of some hotel accommodation
The litter strewn streets & some beaches
The need for Malaria tablets (and some of the side affects)
I think for those of us who have been it would be a harder choice, due to the friends made over the years and we always tend to overlook things because "After all it is Goa" (which I doubt if it was somewhere else we wouldnt put up with) Which reminds me I will have to order my Rose Tinted Specs for Feb.....cheers Keith

I would say no because there's so many others places in the far east i have'nt visited and want to see but the cost of Goa keeps me in its hold i say every year i'm not going back but i'm weak hearted if thats the right word i would miss my friends though maybe they'll come with me to other new adventures who knows.
