http://www.beyondships.com is an excellent web site that has a lot of information on Cruise Cruise Ships with photo's and descriptions of Ships menu's accommodation and interviews with Captains Hotel Directors etc.
Rich Wagner I met some time ago on the QM2. He is a writer photographer and has an extensive knowledge on all aspects of cruising.
