Now. I'm going for 3 weeks from beginning of Dec - flight has already gone up £25! Xmas and New Year is very popular and expensive!
I'd checked flights only a couple of weeks ago but they weren't giving prices (we want to fly direct as Jnr Jock is 8 and not keen on taking her via Mumbai).
Booked in December with Portland for 2 week holiday to go all inclusive at xmas and new year for £1850 for the 2 of us. Thought that was a good deal.
Now annoyed Thompson and Portland have scrapped fuel charges on all bookings since January So could of got the same deal for £130 less

Ive already had a quote for this year Direct Flight with Mytravel, 3 weeks for £1260 for the 2 of us. Cheaper than what we paid for Christmas 06. Im booking it tomorrow

I've just booked our flights with MyTravel for 15/12 - 06/01 from Gatwick. Nice thing is only having to pay a deposit now - to fly from Birmingham with ThomsonFly was over £300 more and they wanted the full amount.

Got good deal with iglutravel for 2 weeks at the Osbourne. We go on 20th december.
