Everyone must visit this hotel in their lifetime, it must be recommended as a new wonder of the world!
Especially if you upgrade into the Royal Club which we did. It is fantastic. No queuing for special restaurants. The staff in the Royal Club are absolutley fantastic, their faces must ache with all that smiling all day. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
If you are not used to superb service you may find it all a bit overwhelming but you will soon get used to it! I guarentee you will not want to go anywhere else after a holiday in the Royal Club. We did and we were saying all week......"it is not like the Royal Club"
Go and be impressed. and relax!

The hotel on arrival was very impressive.
The staff were efficient and friendly.
The hotel grounds were noticeably clean and tidy. We stayed in Block 7 which was handy enough to all the facilities provided.
The restaurants were great there was something for everyone. Every meal time brought something different from fish to chicken to pizza to Chinese!!
The beach by the hotel was lovely, and it was a bonus to have a beach bar which was included in our all inclusive deal. At night this was turned into our very own disco with midnight snacks.
The entertainment staff were brilliant, they never stopped all day and night and always had a smile on their faces.
Overall the resort was brilliant, and I cannot wait to go back.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to both families and couples.

The hotel rooms are ok, a few small problems were fixed immediately.
They were finishing the new restaurant while we were there and once finished it was lovely, we had Christmas dinner in it.
The hotel staff are ok but not over helpful, There are cleaners everywhere, they are constantly cleaning, sweeping or mopping, it is a spotlessly clean hotel.
The food was of a high standard.
The beach was lovely until a storm threw loads of rubbish all over the beach but workers spent the next three days clearing it all and made a pretty good job.
We went over the Christmas period and it was quiet and relaxed until Xmas eve when it was flooded by Americans for 4 days then it went quiet again.
It was a nice relaxed holiday and the food quality was of an exceptionally high standard for a package hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
