The animation staff were incredible, they made a point of learning our names (as we enjoyed taking part in the activities going on during the day) and it was lovely when they came and called us by name for an activity, it really gave the holiday a personal feel. Alex was particularly great, he even managed to have my grandparents playing in the darts contests, and Naomi was so friendly we all signed up for whatever she was organising!!
Okay, some of the activities weren

But beware : we discovered into the second week of our holiday that Cypriot "boys" were coming to the hotel and were meeting 11-12 yr old guests (girls only) on the first floor landing. It turned out these boys were 18/19yrs old and were getting into this hotel via the fire exits which were being wedged open.
They were getting in at any time of the day/night and approaching young girls. We were absolutely distraught at what may have happened to our daughter if we did not catch these lads out.
The hotel removed them immediately, however a night later the fire exits were open again!!! This hotel is an open target, anyone can walk in via fire exits and be on the bedroom landing, approaching vulnerable children be very careful and alert. we cannot even begin to think about what may have happened to our little girl if we did not find out about this.

Food could have been a bit more varied but overall it was alright. It was certainly good value for money and I would recommend to anyone with children.
The kids club leaders were brilliant at keeping the kids entertained throughout the day and night.
Maids very good they even leave you poems and drawings on your bed once theve turned your towells into swans!
Me and my boyfriend would return without a doubt.

Food eatable but the same every day no variety, drinks in all inclusive limited.
Wedding planning a problem what you think you get is a different thing in Cyprus.
Check and check again the wedding organiser for Cyplon put a 9 year old child down as a witness and then had to be a witness herself as no one had there passport at the registry office, the mistake had happened so who wants anyone as a witness?
The grounds in the hotel were booked for the wedding but people kept using this as a cut through qand the hotel watered the grounds before the wedding.
Champagne and Pimms so you think its like in the UK no way forget about that one and the food well how about a steak and english veg meaning in Cyprus a sort of chop and brussell sprouts and chips after so much organisation it was a joke.
The room that was paid for the reception, the metal strips on flooring ripped the brides dress of course the hotel maintenance came with a hammer and banged it down.
The management do not have public liability insurance fortunately the bride paid for wedding insurance and could claim for the damaged dress.
The hotel could be a nice hotel if they removed the dead flowers I do not know how many weeks old in the reception area and improved staff, food and had some entertainment.
All in all with about 4 weddings on the same day how can one expect things to be special its not the hotel to choose for a special day of course as there was a lot of us we had a laugh as if you go to the wrong floor you can get in someone else's room.
Tour operators should reveiw this hotel and the wedding extras beware of the photographer the best in Cyprus when booking through Cyplon no receipts for photos, and some photos you won't get and he is the rudest g**** in Cyprus.
Still you don't get married everyday do you and never in Cyprus.
We filmed it and the woman from Cyplon asked if she could use the photos hopefully she will read this so anyone who sees bridesmaids in gold dresses.
You know she has no permission and she is the witness mistakes do happen!

The hotel is a few miles out of Phopos, but buses stop just outside or you could hire a jeep from next door to the hotel which was 85c

Being a vegetarian sometimes causes difficulties but there was lots of choice at the breakfast and dinner buffets in fact too much and I over ate several times.
Was looked after very well and the entertainment team worked hard to look after all the guests and made friends with me which was nice as I had an accident early in the holiday and wasn't able to get about as much as I wanted.
All the guests in the hotel were extremely friendly and lots of fun to be with especially those on the all inclusive options.
The entertainment team organized some nice trips over the Xmas which were well attended and enjoyable.
Plus I met Santa Claus on Christmas day which was a fabulous bonus and made the holiday special and also we had sunshine for that day and it was lovely.
I enjoyed staying at the Laura and was happy with my choice and the rooms were warm and cozy.
The staff were friendly and the holiday was a complete success apart from my accident when I slipped getting out of the bath - could happen to anyone on holiday so be careful and hold on when climbing out of the bath.. Was helped very well by Courier and hotel staff to get to private clinic for treatment and pain killers. And I was covered by holiday insurance.

The rooms were very clean, with nice touches from the cleaners (swans ect) and the staff we got to know were very friendly, but not enough of them especially at the bars.
The food was good, breakfast got a bit boring so much so that some of us didn't always bother. Lunch and evening meals were buffet style with lots of choice. Not always able to get snacks 'out of hours' as advertised.
The daytime animation was great, lots to join in with but the evening was poor.
One main anoyance was that after 10pm children were excluded from one of the bars, and the outside bar closed at 11.30, so even my 16 yr old was not alowed to get a drink.
Entertainment was more for the very old or young, not much for the inbetweens.
Won't be going back to this hotel I'm sorry to say.

I travelled with my family, and can not say we had a bad holiday, but we did have a few disappointments.
The rooms although clean are shabby and dated. There was quite often a queue at the ladies because only one toilet had tissue roll!
The food was edible but practically the same every day, especially the breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The children could rarely find anything they liked at lunch, (except bread rolls). The Galeon restaurant wasn't open for the entire week. The food was cleared away before time and you couldn't get a hot drink with your evening meal. There was no soft drinks for the children before 10 am, and as the on-site shop was so expensive we soon found the local supermarket, who luckily have a good range of pop, sweets and crisps.
The hotel is out of Paphos, but that is stated in the brochures, the problem for us was finding the beach, apparently it was washed away over winter and to get in the sea you had to walk over some quite sharp rocks.
The only staff you could appreciate were the lovely cleaning ladies.
The entertainment was appauling, the staff were dreadful and on occassions quite rude and sarcastic.
I took 2 teenagers who had to make their own entertainment with some newly acquired friends because there was nothing for them to do. You had to be 16 to play archery, but you could join in the darts (obviously less dangerous). We were expecting an all inclusive holiday, but they charge for tennis, pedelos and canoes. You have to pay a
