The cleanliness was first rate, the rooms and the hotel were clean and inviting.
We felt the food let the rating down, this was not five star food, it would struggle, in my opinion to rate as three star.
The location was perfect, with the view of the marine at the front of the hotel, and the lagoon at the back.
The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, we had a problem early with our room, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The entertainment in the evening was unfortunately very poor, but the daytime activities seemed to be well organised.
We very rarely go back to a location, but my husband and I both enjoyed are stay there.

This was our 1st trip to Egypt and it was Fantastic. We could not fault the hotel in any way,its was kept spotlessly clean at all times.
The food was good but got a bit repetative during the 2nd week, but the hotel done a Dine Around El Gouna where they issued you with a voucher to eat out this would cover most of the cost of the bill and guest relations even booked your table at the restraunt(we used ours at Captains Steakhouse).
The hotel location is excellent, overlooking the marina and the Red Sea,beautiful!!!!The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.
The entertainment is basic not much entertainment in the evening,a show twice a week performed by the animation team,we were quite happy with this as there is also shows taking place in the marina which were very enjoyable.
We cant wait to return to this hotel enjoyed every minute of it.

Food was great with fabulouys choice and was always hot unless you got there late.
Rooms were spotless and cleaned and tidied everyday with gresh towels. Tv in english channels.
Excellent location on the side of Marina with the pool and beach at your fingertips.
Few shops and restaurants around the marina. And a festival every friday with BBW which was fun.
Entertainment was from 10am untill late with belly dancing classes to water aerobics, very enjoable.
I have already booked up this hotel for next year as had a great time.
Just a not that if you go on any excursions and return late to the hotel, order a take away because the food the hotel put in your room is just cheese and bread.

Stayed at the Three Corners Ocean View Hotel from the 15th of April to the 29th April 2005.
Had heard many things about Egypt, none very good, so as this was our first trip to Egypt we were a bit apprehensive. Well we need not have worried. What a very nice hotel. OK there were areas that let the 4 star rating down a little bit, but nothing serious.
Reception was painless. Staff polite and very friendly.
Room was spotless. Air condition worked superbly well. Well enough furnished. Nice balcony overlooking the gardens. And the TV had a film channel that was on 24 hours a day, in English.
Pool location was superb. Just off the pool area is a beach area with plenty of windbreaks and parasols. For sun lovers superb. Service from the pool bar we found to be excellent.
The actual position of the hotel is superb. The hotel complex runs along one side of the marina. Round the rest of the marina are shops and restaurants.
Hotel staff were very, very good. Helpful at all times, even more so if you tipped them a few Egyptian pounds. (11 Egyptian pounds to one of ours whilst we were there) But even if you did not tip them they were always so helpful.
Entertainment was carried out by the hotels animation team, who did superbly well. Poolside activities, just chatting to guests, putting on evening cabarets, all done with style. The only gripe I would have is that there was not one act brought into the hotel from outside. So the evening entertainment was repeated, on the whole, if you were staying for 2 weeks like we were.
Food in the restaurant was my only real complaint. It was, on the whole, very well cooked, very tasty, and there was a fair choice. BUT it was on nearly every occasion luke warm. Only the freshly cooked egg dishes at breakfast were piping hot.
Would we go back to this hotel? Most certainly we would. The sooner the better. Do not pay heed to adverse reports. We are pretty fussy, but would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.
