Arrived rather worried after reading negative reports, fortunately these turned out to be mostly unjustified (in my opinion).

We were all inclusive and enjoyed every meal, each having good choice and well presented.

Rooms were ok, roomy and kept clean (cleaners turn up at odd times though?).

The pool was of good size, very clean and warm! Great for a cool off as the weather was very warm @ 82 - 83.

Hotel staff - this in my opinion is where the hotel is/was 5 star. What a team, nothing was too much trouble and they went to great lengths to make your holiday an enjoyable one. Must mention Walley, Mohammed and Hiney for giving us such an enjoyable stay. These waiters (and the others for that matter) deserve a medal.

I would say the rating in the Thomson

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on an all inclusive board and would recommend this to anybody to enjoy a nice relaxing break.

The hotel was very clean, clean towels every day and the staf even made the towels into elephants, swans or hearts etc with flowers doted all over them a very nice touch.

Plenty of choice of food, with a different theme night every day. Food was mainly eaten around the pool area with music playing most of the time.

Location of hotel was a 10 min ride to naama bay which is a very busy resort, only visted this one evening as there was plenty of entertainment around the hotel. Plenty of little bays neaby to snorkel.

Staff were very friendly always there to help. Oscar and Sam the amination team were great you could not have asked for anybody better they entertained us throughtout the day and evening, even when they had their rests they would always come and have dinner or drinks with us and just have a laugh and a chat. the waiters were always there to carry your food to the tables or ask you if you wanted any more drinks.

Entertainment all day and evening differnt theme going on each night with Oscar and Sam very good amination team well recomended.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone if you just wanted a relaxing holiday day around the pool you would not need to go out at all. There are a few shops in the hotel and seemed to be very good prices.

We have stayed all inclusive many times (lost count!) & this was no different than anywhere else, though the themed nights were different (Italian, Greek etc).

I found the hotel very clean, the cleaners swept the pool and surrounding areas all day every day. (Flower petals mostly).

The location of the hotel was a little bit secluded but there were shops in walking distance.

The hotel has a taxi rank outside use these as they are cheaper than the blue & white "council" taxis and safer.

I cannot fault the hotel staff. I have never known people like the Egyptians for their friendliness. I have a handicapped daughter who came with us & they couldn

Stayed at cleopatra tsokkos in Sharm el sheikh. The hotel was advertised as four star but it obviously wasn't.
Rooms were basic and clean, with a nice pool area.

As a fully inclusive guest we were expected to wear tacky wrist bands and we had to sign for drinks at the bar, sometimes being told that a particular drink was not available to all inclusive guests.

It was a sort of clumsy system, the local alcoholic drinks that were available tasted pretty nasty too!
However, the staff were absolutely wonderful, the food was good quality and the evening meals taken at the side of the pool were really pleasant experiences.

The down side was the constant bombardment with music when relaxing by the pool, from 10 in the morning. But you just couldn't feel too cross about it when the staff were trying so hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable!

We had our towels folded into flowers, peacocks and most memorably an alligator snaking across the floor of our room waiting to greet us after a days snorkelling!

We booked this hotel as a last minute deal and afterwards I read a couple of bad reports on another review website and was then rather worried. This was completely unfounded though as the hotel was of a very good quality for a 2 star and very clean.

The staff were nothing but gracious and very helpful at all times. Our room was cleaned everyday and some days we had flowers put on the beds and other days our towels were made into the shapes of swans and laid on the beds.

The pool was quite cool but it is only spring in Egypt the time of year we went (End Feb/beg March). I expect that when it's 50 degrees in the summer months the water would be very welcoming.

We were given "pool towel cards" and every morning handed them to the pool man and he gave us fresh towels for the pool or to take the beach - only on one morning were they a little damp, but they always smelt clean. We then gave him the dirty towels back in the evening and received our cards back. We were told if we lost the cards we would be fined
