As a single parent I felt safe and my daughter really loved the environment, and had such a blast in the pools.

We always lay by the main pool where all the activities where as the girls liked to join in, but if you like it quieter there is a smaller pool where no music is playing, you dont need beach towels as they are provide free every day.
The buffet restaurant food was good, and always being replenished, they had a regular salad area and pasta station, and a Kiddies section, then there was a different theme most nights, chinese, turkish (kebabs etc.
Me my husband and eldest daughter were all ill over the holiday with stomach upsets, I wont go into detail, but nothing bad enough to spoil the holiday, we took imodiium with us and that seemed to clear it up. Our youngest daughter only ate pasta, chips, ice cream and bread and she wasn't ill so I think the food is to blame but it hasn't put us off going again.
We all went snorkling at the beach and my husband and youngest daughter went scuba diving, booked through the hotel which was cheaper that with the reps. The sea was lovely and clear and the fish you see are fantastic.
We booked a hotel taxi to Naama Bay one evening, a return journey is only

We spent 2 weeks here in October, the food is dire, when you see grown men queuing at Kiddies Corner for chips then something is seriously wrong.
We had a good waiter, Jimmy, he was very attentive, as long as he was tipped. The assistant manager just seemed to be interested in selling trips, i.e. Bouduin Night, which we fell for, and had a good time due to fellow holidaymakers, Safari Night, and the Sunset Cruise.
The animation team do they're best and we had a laugh. The room was ok, the room cleaner was very good, but the bathroom was grubby.
My husband was ill, 1 out of 3 not bad! Don't think there are no snacks during the day, Chez Pascal is all-in until 4pm, serving burgers, sandwiches etc. Good Hotel not 5star.
If you have booked go with an open mind and enjoy yourselves.

Live food station was a brilliant idea. The staff what can we say so helpful so happy, good to get along with they made our holiday especially little Milad on the pool bar he had a great personality its what you want in bar staff.
The place was not far from namma bay this place was very lively and worth a visit, Sharm town was just as lively some great places to see.
The snorkeling was exellent down at sandy beach if you walked just round the bay the water was really clear their are a few local lads who helped us in and out the water.
You can trust them they were ok with our lot ther are a few reminants of the six day war they had there this adds to the culture of the bay, an old tank a truck halfway up the rocks. A jerry can an old boot, over our way you only see these in a museum ha ha.
We met some great characters in Egypt, the entertainment were very funny and good for a laugh the weather well what can I say hot hot hot, we never had any jelly belly any sun stroke.
What a place, us scoucers say go go go.

The only down side about the hotel was the food we ate there twice in the two weeks we were there and we went all inclusive after the two times we ate there we all became ill with bad stomachs, sickness and really bad stomach pains, most of the people we talked to in the hotel said that they had been sufering with the same symptoms. SO we mostly ate in the Hard Rock Cafe in Naama Bay as we new what kind of food we were eating.
The entertainment in the hotel wasnt that good it was a woman singing every night and she sang the same songs all the time which got very boaring towards the end.
If i was to visit the hotel again i would stay in the self catering bit.

Overall a fantastic hotel for the price. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The all inclusive package was great and even the house wine was pretty good. It was a shame that they used cordial rather than juice for the cocktails though.
Food: Lots of local dishes which I found very nice but were not to everyones taste (surely you go on holiday to try different things!) I heard people with children complaining that there were not enough English dishes for their kids. Live cooking stations were great, particularly the pasta at lunch times. Food was always being replenished so you always got a fresh hot meal. There were also people complaining about upset stomachs and you will have read this in other reviews, however, I am absolutely adament that this was down to people not looking after themselves in the heat (laying in the sun for too longer periods and drinking alcohol and not enough water). I enjoy my food. I ate three meals a day, tried most dishes and never had any problems as I was drinking two litres of water a day and having equal amounts of sun and shade.
Location: A short bus (put on free by the hotel) or taxi ride to Naama Bay were there is lots of night life. The hotel also provides a bus service to its own private beaches which have their own bars to use as part of the all inclusive package. The snorkelling is out of this world! The hotel's own trips/outings are a must, especially the sunset cruise. They are very reasonably priced and great fun.
Entertainment: Disappointing, although this did not spoil the holiday in any way.
We would definitely consider visiting this hotel again.

The only let down was the entertainment if the animation team made as much effect at night as they do in the day it would be great.
The staff could not do enough for you, they really looked after my family 5*
The cleaners in the rooms were really great as well, they left us birds made from towels which were lovely. Beds and towels changed every day.
The location of the hotel was spot on being not to far from Narma bay but far enough for the peace.

Couldn't fault restaurant staff as they worked very hard. also pool and room cleaners where excellent. Bar staff only bothered with you if you gave them a tip.
Had to queue for your own drinks otherwise which was no hardship. Didnt like having to fill water bottle up every day at fountain as you would see people drinking out of them and then filling without washing them. I'm sure this is what caused some of the upset stomach problems in the resort.
Rooms where very clean, beds changed every day.
We had a pool view at the quiet pool would have been just as happy with a mountain view as sunsets where fab.
Would recommend booking trips to Cairo etc in Naama Bay as much cheaper than reps offer.

We arrived around 9pm, in our rooms with luggage by 9.15pm and in the restaurant by 9.30pm. Very friendly waiter showed us to a table, told us where everything was and brought 2 very welcomed ice cold beers.
The food choice was excellent and was still being replenished despite the time. This was the case throughout the whole week, it was always fresh and piping hot and lots of choice. Excellent salad bar too! Breakfasts also very good as was chez pascals.
Beer and wine very acceptable, needed a "resolve" most mornings!!!
Said our room cleaner was very friendly and helpful, our room was kept very clean, fresh towels and sheets every day.
Entertainment not very good, but we enjoyed ourselves drinking the wine and having a good natter.
No complaints about anything at all.
