This is a lovely hotel great service only thing put us off were the flies on the uncovered food.
I also have to mention the people persuading you to have massages a few times a day if its not for you you should not feel under pressure, a bit off putting.
Any way great transportation to the beach great fish,
you feel safe with all security not at all intimidating.
I recommend Chez Pascal try the scampi and steak perfect.
Watch out for Chico time!

Hotel lovely with good sized rooms. Very clean and staff friendly.
Good location and only about 15 mins from Namma bay.
Food ok but watch for birds in dining room as where there's birds there's missiles so best stick to covered food.
Local spirits rough but wine ok.
Would go again.

The hotel was fantastic we had a room on the ground floor so we left the patio door open all the time so the kids could come and go as they wanted.
We didn't see much of the kids they made friends with other kids and they went to eat with them.The bars and the staff were great couldn't do enough for you,going to keep intouch with a couple of the lads.
The food was excellent we stayed for two weeks and never got fed up of the food,there was some thing differant every day.Can't wait for our next visit we all loved it that much.

Had a fab time at this hotel. Met up with Andy the previous reviewer & enjoyed it so much such a nice bloke.
Anyway the food, beer & staff were all great.

What can I say fantastic, spotless hotel cleaners everywhere.
The food and drink kept flowing as we had the all inclusive option. Each night had a fantastic variation on food although the children selection was very limited, but the children soon adapted to the food.
Nothing was to much trouble for the staff.
Excellent hotel. Have already recommended to a friend who has booked.

The rooms were great, the staff were excellent, efficient and friendly.
The food was also excellent, varied and hot and cold with cooking stations and lots of choice. The cleanliness was also excellent, the room was cleaned thoroughly every day with new towels.
The pool area was great although one pool was not used much due to the water being too cold. No-where would you find staff that are so friendly and helpful.
The health club was a bit disappointing and expensive compared to the masseurs on the beach who were cheap and excellent. The towel service was also excellent both at the hotel and the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed this holiday. The hotel is great.
Good food, extremely friendly staff and great weather. You will not meet a nicer bunch of people than the Egyptians, nothing is too much trouble.
The hotel rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day and the variety of food available is excellent. The only down side was the entertainment - but each to their own - you make your own holiday good don't you?
Will definitely go there again and recommend this hotel/resort to all age groups

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean with attention paid to making your stay as pleasing as possible. The hotel's goal is to please and they really do go all out to do so, the staff are extremely pleasant and it makes a change to see so many people smiling whilst doing their job.
The rooms are large and the grounds are wonderful. Very clean pools and pool areas, lots of sunbeds and mattresses. Pool attendants are very helpful as are all staff.
Food is plentiful, lots of choice but please bare in mind that you are going to a foreign country. The a la carte restaurant is fantastic, you have to pay but it is no where near the cost that you would pay in Britain.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly be returning, the sooner the better.

Flew out on Christmas day for a week - absolutely amazed by the hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotless. We booked a double and single room for our party of three but ended up with two identical rooms each with a kingsize and single bed. The weather was absolutely fantastic - high factor sun cream needed. The hotel is about a 15 min shuttle bus ride from the hotel but is so peaceful that we went everyday and didn't find it stressful travelling to and fro because they really have got it organised. There is a bar and restaurant on the beach which is included in the all inclusive. One of the best features is the pool/beach towel service - a clean one everyday via a card they give you and you can get them either at the beach or hotel.
On New Years Eve the hotel put on a Gala Dinner second to none. They erected a big marquee outside and laid on entertainment from 7.30 till 1.30 with a buffet style meal in between. Really good night was had by all.
The food at the hotel is abundant, hot and a mixed variety. You can always find something you like. If you don't want a heavy meal in the day you can get snacks from Chez Pascal at the hotel or the beach restaurant which does a mean spag bog!

went on a last minute deal and checking out on here first, did wonder where some of the negative comments came from!
the hotel itself is excellent both venue, facilities, clenliness etc and a really nice mix of ages and people , good to have a holiday without dominant groups of beer drinking brits (though many guests were english, just a bit calmer than you get in europe)
ok the beaches - 2 of - st georges - very relaxed - needs developing (though the hotel had only purchased 2 weeks prior) food good and drinks cold, flat water but take some shoes to wear in sea as floor as everywhere it seams is quite stoney. If you have the enthusiasm you can go for a wander round the other side of the bay where i think the watersports must be
beach club - good beach - good food though a bit of a walk between restaurant n beach so may not be best for less agile - really liked it - snorkels a must!
food - breakfast excellent and linch and dinner great - food got better as week went on, though was at times bit cool - reccomend eating earlyish - 7.30 or so
