You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

We love the resort and would go back every year.Scuba diving and snorkling is excellent. Some of the beach is not sandy due to the coral and you need to wear beach shoes as it can be very sharp.
There are plenty of shops about and be prepared to haggle for a bargain.
All the locals are very friendly but you have to be quite firm with them if you are not interested in buying their goods.

Sharm is by far the best place i've ever been! There is sooo much to do here, water park, scuba diving, snorkling, Star trecking in the desert and quad biking which is brilliant! Also markets are great, gorgeous cheap bags!!!

We love Naama Bay. Lots of good restaurants, and lots of choice. Found it more expensive than other holidays for eating and drinking, but lost of choice. Felt very safe
everywhere we went.
Did get hassled a bit by traders but nothing serious and easy to walk away, and they have a good sense of humour. Was no worse than in Greece and Turkey.
Would recommend the Ali Baba/El Leila nightime show. But advise you book this yourself and get a taxi(its 5 minutes away from Naama Bay) Get there early as there is so much to see. Goof food in Turkish restaurant and great dance shows.
The beach - at front of Marriot Hotel was OK, very busy sometimes difficult to get sunbed. Sea very clear and lovely and warm. Amazing tropical fish swimming around you
in shallow water. Great for snorkelling.
Downside - beach was very busy and noisy, loud music playing. Boats coming and going.
All in all great holiday if you like going out and enjoying yourself, swimming, snorkeling, eating and drinking.

the beach is great there is shuttle bus least every hour there and back, its notfar to walk but downhill all the way. beach has steps to go down so not to suitable if you by yourself and need a hand down. Sea has a jetty you walk out on to the sea so not child friendly

Did not really venture into Sharm as there was no need, all was available at the hotel. We only went for the relentless sunshine and diving in the Red Sea which was wonderful.

The hotel was situated in Sharm El Sheik. You do get mithered a bit when you go out to shop but i think you expect that and just learn to say no. Hard Rock Cafe got really busy when we went to eath there and we didn't want to wait so had a lovely chinese instead. The resort is full of people at night and is buzzing with entertainment and music and shops enticing you to go in to buy things.

The cleaners work very hard from 7am - 8pm, towels are given out on each part of the beach and there is bach attendants who ensure the beach area that they are in charge of is always kept clean.
