Kavos in General is clean, but does smell a bit. Don't think they have got a very good Sewage System, but you get used to it.
Resort Entertainment is brilliant, pubs and clubs everywhere and just a great buzz about the place. The Police do a patrol at 0100 AM and they turn the music and lights off, but they go back on about half 1.
2wentys entertainment was okay, we done the pub crawl and the booze cruise. If there is a crowd of you going, do what we done - arrange the trips ourselves. We went out every night to the pubs and got better deals on drink and shots than we did with the arrange bar crawl. There is a shop accross from the bar in the appartments, book the waterpark fromthere, it is far cheaper than 2wentys, you can get most of the trips offered by 2wentys in there for cheaper.
If you go to the beach there are people selling boat trips, go for the Crazy Speed Boat trit, it's the best and well worth it!!

As we stayed there right at the start of the season, it was clean but could do better. During the week more and more places had started to open so it was getting better. There was all sorts of entertainment from karaoke, hypnotists (well weird) and bars for footie n films so a bit for all.
We only saw the beach when we went for the booze cruise, it was covered in dried sea weed but it was getting cleaned up and it wasn't exactly dirty.
I'll definatly be back to this resort soon

Kavos seamed to be a resort filled with greedy greek people and at every opportunity they was bleeding us dry of cash. It was dirty, bottles and litter scatterd about every where, condoms in the street and the beach was very poor. Bins everflowing with rubbish and as for the toilets, they should have not been open for public use. In one bar, there was human waste over the floor and walls.

The beach is long and sandy and cleans itself, although the water is silt, and useless for snorkelling, honestly, don't bother trying! V disappointing.
The resort is a toilet from one end to the other. I went for a good laugh, but was just deafened by the thumping music everywhere (you can't even eat in silence), and each bar/ restaurant(about 100+) has 3 or 4 PR's, trying to drag you in. This is no exaggeration, and it gets very tedious, and they can get insistent and aggressive!
If you like loud music and being given water instead of spirits, for your holiday euro, and drunken brits acting up then this is for you. We got to know a lot of barstaff who admit that most of the spirits are watered down, if any alcohol at all. Stick to bottled beer, and don't drink local wine, if you ask for medium or sweet, they add corresponding amounts of lemonade to the dry wine!
Do not take your children, there is nothing for them, and they are likely to get run over by a scooter/quad bike/coach, as there are NO pavements.
The most damning observation I made was that there were no tourists other than brits - none! It says it all....
I go abroad 3-5 x's a year, all over Europe and the Med, and we 3 lads were up for a laugh, but Kavos is a joke, an alcohlic theme park!

Kavos itself is great they are so many bars its impossible to go in them all. Had a fab time and def will be back to Kavos.

Kavos is everything you'd expect of a young lively place. cheap beer, loud music, great people and an amazing time.we didn't go till the end of september but it was still quite busy and beer was literally be thrown at us for free. every bar had a deal and the louder you were the cheaper it got. theres alot of PR's around but there is at every lively resort so just tell them you'll come back later and don't stop moving. the resort is ideal for everyone who wants a good time and a laugh. we didn't stop laughing all week. All in all one of the best holidays i've had.

the beach was 2 seconds away. if you can call it a beach. a bit of sand full of cig stumps, broken bottles and condoms. the place stunk. my boyfriends drink was spiked and there was rumours of gay date rapes from greek men on english lads. i was actually sick with the smell. i would strongly advise anyone not to go on this holiday and i will never be returning. sent a letter of complaint to our tour operator. very disappointed!!!!!

The apartments are on the end of the strip, which is good as you can actually get some sleep! The strip itself is really good and full of different bars.
There are a couple which are really good and they are opposite each other. One has a pool table, where we went for a couple of nights.
The road is littered with glass and rubbish, so dont go bare foot. There is a sewage smell, which is gross. The beach was not much, the sea was murky, I only went out as far as my knees. It was a little too quiet, It would of been nice if there were any waves.
The bar at the hotel is very quiet, so it nice and you will most definitely find a seat. Not going there again, smells with a dodgy beach.

Considering the resort was packed full of 18-25 year olds, during the day it was like nothing ever happened the night before. The streets were clean and there was no broken glass to be seen.
The clubs and bars were packed full of people dancing and drinking and having a good time. I dont think we saw one fight. Suprisingly. Every type of music imaginable was played and theres a few karaokes there too! Its great.
The beach was ok. A bit further away from the Ekati up the strip the beach got better and the water was clear and clean.

Kavos was absolutely brilliant and i would recommend it anyone.the bars and clubs just seem to never shut and as long as you dont crash a scooter youll be alright.because you cant flush your toilet paper down the lavvy there is always a constant smell about the place but as the days go on you get more and more used to it.All in all a brilliant holiday resort with about 4 girls to 1 guy ratio,dynamite.
