Try St peters beach, turn right at main road, few hundred yards up the road on your right. Great beach side restaurant with nice food and free sunbeds (skaltsounis restaurant)

The resort was great.

The location of the hotel is at the end of the busy nightlife and we enjoyed walking back and talking to the lovely PR's who would try and bribe you with free drinks and shots to go in their club.

We went to the beach once, it was tiny and discusting, very dirty. Friends we made over there loved it though, so you either love it or hate it...and it just didn't seem like a nice place to lay your towel if you ask me.

The greek locals are all very friendly and make you feel very welcome. 2wentys reps are also great.

Make sure you hit 42nd street, the barmen in there are sure to give you a free drink or 5!

I would go back in a second!!

the resort had not changed since we went 5 years ago it was still dirty and the beaches were filthy and not fit to walk on never mind sunbathe on. about 6 bars and restaurants open in october and they all faught to get us in. mossies were rife and we all got bitten to bits. will never visit kavos again no matter how cheap a deal.

The resort was good in a whole, loads of entertainment for all types of people and it was pretty clean. The pool was clean and always buzzin for a laugh during the day.
Didnt see much of the beach cause your didnt really need to go down there because we had the pool, although the reps kinda advised not to go to the beach cause it wasnt that clean.
Excellent holiday apart from the mosquitos eating you alive at night and the wasps annoying you when your were eating outside anywere.

Dirty, full of wasps and mosquitoes, and reminded me of Blackpool. Certainly would never return to Kavos!

We stayed in Aspro Kavos on a late deal. Didnt go into
Kavos at night as not really our scene, although streets were clean during the day. There were periods when there were sewage smells but that is the same as other Greek Islands and passes quickly. Might have something to do with people ignoring signs not to dispose of loo roll down toilets!!!

Being all inclusive and outside Kavos main strip, we made use of the hotels entertainment which was pretty good.

Beaches were not up to standard but the day after we arrived we had the misfortune of thunderstorms and a tornado so that washed a lot of sand away and left debris.

Unable to enjoy pool either as loads of wasps which were stinging without provocation. Partner allergic to wasp stings so booked boat trips to avoid them which were brill! No problems with mossies except for a couple on last night.

Corfu not for me in general but hey, you dont know if you dont try.

Not the cleanest place to go in the world, the sewage system stinks but hey just get drunk and it doesnt matter!

All the bars are good but do close at about 3-4am-not good! September is definatly not the time to go. It was dead. Overall not bad bars and 5 euros for 2 drinks inc methalated sprits-you will be ill. Stick to the bottled stuff, beer, wkd etc.

The beach is nasty, dont know where the postcard pictures come from! The sewage pipe flows onto the beach and the water is filthy with rubbish and seaweed.

The resort itself was ok, cleanliness lacked a little bit i would say. We went on the beach once and didnt bother to go back as dirty.

Okay.... the resort rating maybe harsh but let's face it, if you want a beach, this ain't the place for it. We were very unfortunate to have rain for the first couple of days and as the drains aren't to big.... er.. well, you can imagine the river that followed and the aroma wasn't the best.

HOWEVER, it only rained for those two nights and it cleared up really quickly afterwards. The smell?? Well I suppose we either got used to it or the rain had really helped dispose of it.

If you are after a crazy holiday, this will definately suffice. Tremendous fun!!

We boozed through the night in all the bars and slept in until late morning. We rented a jeep from one of the many rental sites on the strip and after that... AMAZING!!

Do yourself a favour! Don't lie around the pool all day, waiting for the night to come to start drinking again!!
If you can, rent a car, bike, moped, quad, ANYTHING!!

The Island is beautiful in some places in the north-west. That is where you'll find the beaches! Then get back and get bladdered again!!! Tis well worth it.
