Booked as a `late deal` on 11th june to travel later the same day so was a bit apprehensive. Shouldn`t have worried as the flight from stansted went without a hitch, transfers perfect and swift and accomodation absolutely A1.
Ville De Lindos is a family run hotel consisting of 40 apartments. The rooms are fantastic, kept clean and lovely decor.
The best thing is that all the guests are english, so there are even empty sunbeds at 10am!!
They are situated halfway between Lindos and Pefkos (approx 1 mile either way on very hilly roads!)so, unles you want a lazy holiday, you will need to hire a car as there are no shops/bars within `easy` walking distance (See above).Alternatively a cab will cost you 5 Euro either way to both towns or a local bus is 1 Euro each and stops a short walk away from the hotel.
All in all a great week away and we will return again someday.
P.S.
If you hire a car there are a few hire places in Pefkos that are cheaper than using the reps. take my advice and dont use the Marathon Car hire. Myself and others found that they try to sting you for petrol by saying there isnt enough in the tank when you return it!!
