Stayed here in March 2005 first time to Goa.
Entertainment poor.
Food same most nights but staff very good.
Would much prefer to go bed and breakfast next time.

This was my first visit to Goa and my first solo holiday for a while, hence the choice of going all inclusive.
One thing to watch out for are that there are a lot of steps in and around the complex which would make it a big no-no for anyone with walking difficulties!!
The staff were very hard working, always visible cleaning & maintaining the property. I found all the hotel staff to be very friendly and very receptive to being greeted by a smile!! (I've often found if you give them one of yours, they'll give you one back!!)
I have travelled widely and stayed in a variety of A.I. hotels and I found the provision and selection of food to be really good. My favorite was the downstairs a la carte, but found them all to be nice. I did overhear a few differing comments from other guests, but I think the most important thing for anyone to do is to remember where you are travelling to and adjust your mindset accordingly before arrival!!
There were two pools, the lower was the busier of the two, but if you can take the heat, there is a smaller, quieter pool at the top of the complex overlooking the lawns area.
The hotel had an onsite beauticians/hairdresser/massage complex which was very good. Yes, you could have got it cheaper off site, but when you're slobbed out at the pool, far away becomes very far away..... The reflexology man was fantastic!!!
One thing that was quite strange was not being able to get any drinks at the bar before 10am. I just brought bottled water out from the well stocked mini bar in the room, or brought a drink down to the pool from the restaurant. Not all drinks are on the A.I package, I paid (or signed) for diet coke, tomato juice and Fosters lager, but if you can't bear the thought of doing this on your A.I. holiday, you can buy drinks out in resort and bring them back to your room. The A.I. bar was also pay only after 11pm, the prices were expensive compared to most places in Goa, but again it's your choice, there are taxis right at the gates should you want to venture out.
The entertainment was...... there!!! They had great theme nights up on the lawns with entertainment and dancing, and a few nights they had various acts downstairs at poolside. A particular favourite had to be the guy singing Neil Diamond without moving his lips!!! Very clever!!!
I think I would definitely go back to this hotel if I travelled alone again or with people who hadn't been to Goa before and seemed unsure. Other than that, the location was a bit out of the way compared to other places; it was situated in Arpora, about 5/10 mins taxi ride to Baga beach. I wouldn't fancy walking the roads at all, so it was a taxi ride everywhere, but well worth it to get out and about.
