We had a wonderful time at the Miami Hotel. The hotel was very clean and tidy and we really enjoyed the food. There was always plenty of choice, that even the most fussiest eaters would find something to eat.

The entertainment staff are excellent, with plenty of activites to do in the day - we hardly saw our 9 year old son!

The pool area was busy, but it was August and only what we expected. The beach is only 4 steps away, so you can always go on the beach.

Our room was very big with plenty of storage space, so we were able to fully unpack and but the cases under the bed out of the way.

We will definately go to the Miami hotel again and all of the parents of the children we spoke to all said how good the hotel was for children.

If you like Butlins you will like this hotel. Pool area not big enough for all the guests, sunbeds in rows with no spaces between or parasols, towels on beds every morning at 7am pool full of inflatables with no life guard. Meals repetitive and cold, we ate out most nights, luckily there were some nice restaurants in the resort but not much else. If you want a peaceful holiday dont go to Miami, we were glad to get home, will not be returning to the Miami.

This hotel is an excellent, value for money, family orientated hotel.

We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and found the food to be varied, hot and appetising. I don't understand the complaints about repetitive menu's from people - what do you expect from a buffet served to hundreds of guests, 2 times daily? We found plenty of choice at each meal, and the theme nights, especially the Mexican night, were faultless.

We did find the restaurant especially busy in the evenings, however, you were shown to a clean table by the head waiter and drinks were served to your table -including bottles of wine and water.

Bedrooms cater for 3 people only and were of a good size. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was very efficient and welcomed as it was so hot during our stay.
If you want a view from your room, request a high floor, as lower floor views can be obscured by trees.

A TV is provided in each room, but we never once turned ours on. Only 1 electric socket which is located high upon the wall by the TV. No hairdryer in the bathroom, so take your own.

Rooms kept very clean during our stay with towels changed daily and bedding a couple of times per week.
Considering we stayed at the hotel in high season and the hotel was full to capacity, the building was kept very clean, as were the surrounding pool areas.

The swimming pool area consists of a paddling pool, a medium depth pool and a pool of 1.7mtr. Inflatables are allowed in the pool and we didn't find this to be intrusive. There is no lifeguard, so vigilance is required by parents of young children at all times.

If you're not up by 6.30 - forget any chance of a sunbed! The worst culprits appear to be the British!! Plenty of chairs, tables and parasols around the terrace, so forget the sunbeds and have a lie in!

Staff are very accommodating and cheerful, even though they appear to work extremely long hours. Plenty of entertainment for children, teenagers and adults throughout the day.

We didn't stay around for the evening entertainment, but what we did see looked to be quite good (excluding parrot show and magic show!).

There is an outside BBQ for late night snack attacks, burger and chips 3.50Euros, chips 1.50Euros. Other items are also on the menu.

Hotel located right on the beach. Centre of the resort is about a five minute walk away with bars, restaurants, etc..

We wouldn't hesitate to return to the Miami.

Summary

We had 2 weeks all inclusive at this hotel really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again.
This is a family place to stay lots of families with kids.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Miami, we were upgraded to full board on our arrival so ate much to much over the week.

The food was very good although the lunch menu was similar to the evening menu apart from the themed nights. The hotel entertainment was not bad, have seen a lot worse and found all the hotel staff courteous and helpful.

Must admit the location of this hotel is very good if you like the beach and we had an excellent view of the pool, sea and across the bay from our balcony, great when you pulled the curtains across every morning.

Had a good holiday at the Miami and would go back again.

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times we really love the location right by the beach and the views from the rooms are great.

The food is what you should expect from a three star hotel and was quite varied.

Entertainment we all love the team at the hotel, they all work really hard in making your holiday enjoyable and is a major reason we like this hotel. Raquel is brilliant with the children and adults and I can not speak highly enough for the team there a massive plus for the hotel.

Rooms were kept very clean.

Improvements have been made to the hotel since we went last year, it is an old hotel but they keep updating the rooms and grounds and it is a brill hotel. The staff are very nice.

We will be coming back here next year.

We stayed in the Hotel Miami for 9 days. It was an excellent holiday, a very lovely hotel, good food and 1 minute to the beach.

80 % british people, all very nice.

The rooms are very clean, the staff speaks good English, ideal for families or old people.

The water is very clear and also the beach.

A friend and I stayed in this hotel for a week. We had a brilliant time. Great place to stay for all ages. The rooms were clean, the food was lovely, the entertainment was entertaining and the location was great.

My family and I spent 2 weeks here and we certainly would not go back again.

The food in the hotel was appalling, my daughter lived on sausages for breakfast and chips for tea, their is no choice for children under the age of 5. The adult food, well what can I say, it wasn't hot, limited choice, but you are ok if you like plenty of salad.

The hotel is nice and right on the beach.

The hotel staff were always very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day, but the sheets are not changed as stated in the brochure. Our friend was in room 232 and had to be moved as the room and her bedding was damp and like a igloo.

We as a family are not fussy, but we expected better food for the money we paid for this holiday. Things were that bad we even tried to get a flight back home, but our unhelpful First Choice rep just didn't want to know. We were offered alternative accommodation but yet again they wanted more money off ourselves for self catering.

All in all this was our holiday from hell and we would not travel with First Choice again and we would not go back to this hotel.

Just arrived back from a 10night All Inclusive stay at the Hotel Miami.

Well what can I say! Fantastic! Great place to go for familys.D ont be frightened to book it yourself - Easy Jet flights & Wintersunshineholidays for the hotel.(they beat the price of hotel itself).

Warm welcome at reception.Extremely clean rooms - changed your towels everyday.Food excellent! Good variety & kid friendly. Entertainment ok - different act every night & mini disco for the kids.Kids club. Activities in the day if you want it.

Three pools.2 steps from the beach which has clear waters (you can see the fish swimming in it - watch out for small jelly fish). Nice shops. Hippy market Wednesday & Sunday - very crowded -so much so, I couldnt stand it & didnt buy a thing! Silver statue people were entertaining there though.

Would definitely recommend this Hotel & resort to anyone & would gladly go back!
